我当中国黑色金属材料总公司的党委书记已经七年。根据部党组的安排,公司经理和党委书记两个职务由我双肩挑。在实践中如何摆正党务工作和行政工作的关系,我的体会是:坚持两手抓两手都要硬才能总揽公司的全局。总公司摊子很大,工作千头万绪,作为经理兼党委书记,如何在这两个方面开展有效的工作是我的首要职责。在过去旧体制下,企业以思想政治工作为中心而排斥其他工作是不对的;今天在经理负责制的体制下,如何防止以行政工作代替或挤占党的工作,则是我们要注意的问题。我认为二者不应该是矛盾 I have been the party secretary of China Ferrous Metal Materials Corporation for seven years.
