为改善铝硅合金的加工性,提高其机械性能,在铸造中通常需进行变质处理。虽然在本世纪二十年代初就出现用钠细化铝硅合金的共晶组织,但对变质处理的研究,至今仍是重要课题。
In order to improve the workability of aluminum-silicon alloy and improve its mechanical properties, it is usually necessary to carry out deterioration treatment in casting. Although eutectic microstructure of sodium aluminum alloy has been appeared in the early 1920s, the study of metamorphic treatment is still an important issue to date.
