从英语学习和交际需要的角度阐述了听力在英语学习中的重要性及在教学中加强听力训练的必要性。通过对学生学习中普遍存在的问题的分析，提出了解决这些问题的教学训练方法。
From the angle of English learning and communication, the importance of listening in English learning and the necessity of strengthening listening training in teaching are expounded. Through analyzing the ubiquitous problems in student learning, this paper puts forward teaching methods to solve these problems.
