通过对淀粉进行酸解化学变性处理制备酸解淀粉(AHS)。以不同分子量的聚乙二醇(PEG)为增塑剂,考察了分子量对AHS与棉纤维间粘合强度的影响规律,评价了它们对粘合强度影响的优劣,研究了效果最好PEG品种用量对粘合强度的影响规律。结果表明,在PEG对干基AHS质量比均为10%条件下,随着其分子量的增加,粘合强度先增大后降低;PEG600对粘合强度的改善作用最好;随着PEG600对AHS质量比的增加,粘合强度呈现逐渐增加的趋势。推荐使用对干AHS质量比10%~13%的PEG600,来改善AHS对棉纤维的粘合强度。
Acidolyzed starch (AHS) was prepared by acid hydrolysis of starch. The effects of molecular weight on the bonding strength between AHS and cotton fiber were investigated by using polyethylene glycol (PEG) with different molecular weight as plasticizer. Their effects on the bonding strength were evaluated. The best PEG Variety of the amount of adhesive strength of the law.
