采用合适的表面改性剂对三氧化二锑改性处理,分析三氧化二锑改性前后在活化指数等方面的差异。将改性后的三氧化二锑添加至硬质聚氨酯中,制备三氧化二锑/聚氨酯复合材料,再按照相同的梯度制备可膨胀石墨/聚氨酯复合材料。通过对样品进行水平-垂直燃烧、压缩性能、氧指数、吸水率等方面的性能测试,结果表明,三氧化二锑质量添加量为30%(wt,质量分数)时,复合材料的吸水率、压缩强度、密度等方面性能最优,氧指数较为理想,可作为很好的防水和阻燃材料。
Using suitable surface modifier on the antimony trioxide modification, analysis of antimony trioxide before and after modification in the activation index difference.
