进入80年代以来,我国老旧危房改造工作量大而广。仅以北京旧城区为例,必须改造的有712.36万m~2(其中200万m~2房屋濒临倒塌),按平房改建造价测算需13.18亿元,而1988年国家该项拨款仅为1000万元,困难很大。为此,天津、沈阳、哈尔滨、西安、成都、南宁、武汉、长沙、自贡、青岛、本溪等省市结合当地情况建造了一大批中高层砌体住宅、部分商品房和少量的办公楼,据不完全统计约有400万m~2。近年来的实践证明,这类结构虽然不可能
Since the 1980s, the old and dilapidated houses in China have undergone a large and extensive workload. Take Beijing’s old city as an example only.
