[目的/意义]建立多部门协同管理阅读疗法长效机制模式,探讨阅读疗法对患者身心健康和医患关系改善的效果。[方法/过程]采用读者决策采购模式优化馆藏结构。利用病区助理、human Library及沙龙等形式对阅读疗法进行深入研究。选择甲乳外科、胸外科、肿瘤内科3个病区患者300例,随机分为两组,其中对照组:采用传统的健康教育方式,干预组对患者采用阅读科研小组提供的相关阅读资料等方法,应用“以阅读为中心的阅读疗法和交互式阅读疗法”相结合进行阅读疗法干预。用自制阅读效果评价表、SAS、SDS和t检验等方法对读者进行阅读效果评估。[结果/结论]干预组SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组。阅读疗法干预后患者满意度得到明显提高。阅读疗法可以改善患者的情绪,帮助其调整心态,减轻病痛,提高战胜疾病的信心,并积极配合医护人员治疗。
[Purpose / Significance] To establish a multi-sectoral collaborative management of long-term mechanism of reading therapy model to explore the effect of reading therapy on the patient’s physical and mental health and improvement of doctor-patient relationship. [Method / Procedure] Optimize the collection structure with reader decision purchasing mode. Use ward assistants, human libraries and salons for further study of reading therapies. Thirty patients with breast cancer, thoracic surgery and oncology were enrolled in the study. 300 patients were randomized into two groups. The control group: the traditional way of health education was adopted, and the intervention group read the relevant reading materials provided by the research team , Using a combination of “reading-centered reading therapy and interactive reading therapy” for reading therapy interventions. Using self-made reading effect evaluation table, SAS, SDS and t test for readers to evaluate the reading effect. [Results / Conclusion] SAS and SDS scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group. Patient satisfaction was significantly improved after reading therapy intervention. Reading therapy can improve the patient’s mood, help them to adjust their mentality, relieve their pain, improve their confidence in defeating the disease and actively cooperate with the medical staff.
