我校是湛江市遂溪县城镇中心小学,是湛江市体育传统项目(田径)学校。近年来,学校致力于改革体育管理,实施岗位责任制,建立各种规章制度,落实具体措施,实行责、权、利相结合,使学校的体育管理落到了实处,大大地提高了我校的体育水平。在组织领导方面,我校把全校教育工作划分为四大块(政教处、教务处、体卫处、总务处)进行管理,体卫工作为其中一块,真正摆正了体育的位置。体卫处由一名副校长兼任主任,体育教师和学校校医为成员。主管体卫处工作的副校长坚持在体卫处办公室蹲点办公,参与并指导体卫处开展各项活动,及时研究和解决有关问题。我校的体育工作普遍实行了岗位责任制,形成了齐抓共管的局面。首先,在主管副校长的任期目标责
