随着高校的扩招规模不断加大、后勤社会化改革的加快,公寓逐渐成为学生生活、学习的主要场所。同时,也是学生进行思想交流、进行自我教育、自我约束与管理的基地。在现阶段,如何把握高校学生公寓的特点,进行党建工作的不断融入是我们需要探讨的重要课题。在此,对高校学生公寓党建工作的重要意义进行分析,并结合现阶段工作进行过程存在的主要问题,从工作原则、机制以及模式等方面进行相应策略的提出。
With the continuous expansion of college enrollment and the accelerated socialization of logistics, apartments have gradually become the main places where students live and study. At the same time, it is also a base for students to exchange ideas, carry out self-education, self-discipline and management. At this stage, how to grasp the characteristics of college student apartments, the continuous integration of party building is an important issue we need to explore. At this point, the author analyzes the significance of the party building in college student apartments, and puts forward the corresponding strategies from the aspects of working principle, mechanism and mode in combination with the main problems existing in the process of the present work.
