作者对SUP6钢在300—500℃等温相变而获得的贝氏体和γ_R的两相混合组织的机械性能进行了研究,其结果如下。1.在贝氏体相变区域内使SUP6钢等温相变时,产生贝氏体和γ_R的两相混合组织。相变温度愈高γ_R量就愈多。2.碳在γ_R中显著浓化,在相变温度440℃时,γ_R的碳浓度达1.5%。3.γ_R在恒温附近最稳定。通过再加热,γ_R在300℃开始分解,约在450℃结束。
The mechanical properties of the bainite and γ_R mixed phases obtained by isothermal transformation of SUP6 steel at 300-500 ℃ are studied. The results are as follows. 1. In the bainite transformation within the region of SUP6 steel isothermal phase transformation, resulting bainite and γ_R two-phase mixed tissue. The higher the phase transition temperature, the greater the amount of γ_R. Carbon was significantly enriched in γ_R. At the phase transition temperature of 440 ℃, the carbon concentration of γ_R reached 1.5%. 3.γ_R is the most stable near the temperature. By reheating, γR started to decompose at 300 ° C and ended at about 450 ° C.
