介绍了复合型膨胀惰泡及其井下远程控制防灭火技术工艺、试验过程及效果检验。即通过复合型膨胀惰泡与专用配套装备的综合运用,对煤炭自然发火区域实施远程控制灭火工艺。实验室及巷道模拟试验结果表明,这一技术的研究与试验达到了预期效果,通过进一步创新与完善,必将为实现快速、安全、高效地控制煤矿井下火灾的目标做出应有贡献。
This paper introduces the technical process, test process and effect test of composite inflatable inert bubble and its underground fire control technology. That is, through the comprehensive use of compound expansion inflatable foam and special auxiliary equipment, the fire control technology of remote control is implemented on the spontaneous combustion area of coal. Laboratory and roadway simulation test results show that this technology has achieved the desired results in research and experiments. Through further innovation and improvement, it will surely make its due contribution to the goal of rapid, safe and efficient control of underground coal mine fires.
