市政施工企业担负着城市公共基础设施的建设,是当前城市建设的主要力量,为了使市政施工企业能够适应城市市政建设的发展,加强和完善企业内部控制显得尤为重要。本文主要阐述了市政施工企业内部控制的现状,并针对存在的问题,从企业内部控制环境、信息化管理水平以及内部会计控制制度等方面提出了几点优化措施。
