Shaanxi Provincial Riverway Management Work Meeting was held in Xianyang from April 11 to April 14, 1990. There were 10 prefectural and township water conservancy bureaus, river divisions and 16 county (district) river management Station and the provincial Sanmenxia reservoir area management responsible for river management comrades a total of more than 40 people.
