新一轮课程改革强调了“自主、合作、探究”这一学习方式,其中的合作学习便是对古代传统教育观念的传承和创新。我国经典教育名著《学记》中这样提到:“独学而无友,则孤陋而寡闻。”它旨在倡导学习者在学习过程中要互相切磋,彼此交流学习经验,以增加学习的效率,这一理念对于我们今天的教学仍有很大的指导作用。那么怎样才能提高小组合作学习的有效性呢?笔者结合小学语文课堂教学实践,有如下肤浅的认识。
