抗生素是临床应用最广泛的药物,这类药物产生方的药源性疾病已成为临床用药中的严重问题,其原因一方面是昙物本身或代谢过程听引起,另一两面则由于应用不当所产生。本文拟就后一方面的两个问题作一粗浅讨论。
Antibiotics are the most widely used drugs in clinical practice. The drug-induced diseases of these drug-producing agents have become serious problems in clinical medicine. The reason is that on the one hand, it is caused by the substance itself or the metabolic process, while the other two are not properly applied produce. This article is intended to give a brief discussion on the latter two issues.
