靛玉红、三尖杉酯碱均不引起人外周血细胞SCE频率有统计学意义的改变;吡喹酮在活化前后的较低剂量不引起SCE频率增加,较大剂量(1μg/ml)则诱发SCE频率显著升高(P<0.05);丝裂霉素C的SCE频率有明显的剂量效应关系。
No significant difference was found in the frequency of SCE in peripheral blood cells between indirubin and harringtonine. The lower dose of praziquantel before and after activation did not induce the increase of SCE frequency, but the higher dose (1μg / ml) SCE frequency was significantly increased (P <0.05); mitomycin C SCE frequency had a significant dose-response relationship.
