晚报类的犯罪性新闻报道,多年来历经发展已逐渐成熟,尤其是改革开放以来,无论从版式上还是报道的内容上,都有了巨大的发展变化。整体上看,我国晚报中的犯罪性新闻报道架构相似,涉及事件的深度、广度都比刚刚兴起时要丰富很多,其版面占比也扩大了很多,案件类型由单一走向复杂、由简单走向精深,整体呈良性发展态势。整体特色体现在:法制新闻报道的版面占比很大,刑事案件占整个法制报道案件量的比例逐步上升;报道所使用的描述手法也与时代接轨,改变了过去一成不变的叙述方式,形成了多样性的风格。
