胡锦涛总书记在中央党校的重要讲话中指出,艰巨的使命、繁重的任务,要求全党同志一定要居安思危、增强忧患意识,一定要戒骄戒躁、艰苦奋斗,一定要加强学习、勤奋工作,一定要加强团结、顾全大局,做到思想上始终清醒、政治上始终坚定、作风上始终务实。干部队伍的作风问题,决定一个政党的成败,关乎企业的发展、兴衰,同时影响着一个人的思想意识、世界观改造等。作风建设可以说是一项生命工程建设。抓好作风建设,要充分认识作风建设的三个特性。
