目的依据对临床用物或消毒物品生物监测结果,采取整改措施或调整管理方案,确保消毒质量。方法对非重点科室或重点科室非常规监测的器械、物品等在采取整改措施前后分别进行随机微生物采样,比较整改效果。结果呼吸系统用物整改前采样70份,阳性样品26份,阳性率为37.14%;呼吸系统用物整改后采样102份,阳性样品8份,阳性率为7.84%。其他物体表面整改前采样35份,阳性样品22份,阳性率为62.86%;整改后采样53份,阳性样品11份,阳性率为20.75%。讨论整改后监测对象细菌阳性率明显低于整改前,表明“依据管理”的方法科学性强,是消毒过程监控及医院感染管理的有效方法。
Objective Based on the clinical monitoring of biological or disinfection items, take corrective measures or adjust management programs to ensure the quality of disinfection. Methods Non-routine departments or key sections of non-routine monitoring of instruments, articles and other measures taken before and after the rectification measures were random microbial sampling, compare the rectification effect. Results Before the rectification of respiratory system, 70 samples were taken and 26 samples were positive, the positive rate was 37.14%. After rectification, 102 samples of respiratory system and 8 positive samples were obtained. The positive rate was 7.84%. Other objects before the surface modification of 35 samples, 22 positive samples, the positive rate was 62.86%; 53 samples after rectification, 11 positive samples, the positive rate was 20.75%. Discussion After the rectification, the positive rate of bacteria in the monitoring object was significantly lower than that before the rectification, indicating that the method based on management is scientific and is an effective method for the monitoring of disinfection process and the management of nosocomial infection.
