目的:研制一种满足战时、公共突发事件时危重伤员急救和转运途中安全、可控、简便、无需提升液体高度的输液仪。方法:使用电动马达通过螺杆带动滚轮挤压输液袋,使输液袋产生可控的外压力,通过输液仪上的重量、气泡、滴速监测器;声、光报警装置;将监测到的参数通过传感器输入到控制系统,按照设定的参数安全地完成或报警停止输液。使用步骤:将现用输液的液体、输液管安装到输液仪上,设定输液的滴数,液体剩余量等参数,启动输液仪输液。结果:无需吊挂液体,不改变现用输液(血)用品和程序,可将输液仪放置在伤员周围、输液管长度范围内的任何位置,创造安全、便捷、舒适不受体位限制的输液条件;输液速度的可控范围为50-1000mL/h;能监测输液管路中的空气、滴速、剩余量,根据设定,及时报警或自动停止输液。结论:创造特殊环境下安全的输液条件;节省人力。交、直流电两用,体积小,携带方便。
OBJECTIVE: To develop a transfusion instrument that is safe, controllable and easy to meet the needs of first aid and transportation of critically ill wounded in wartime and public emergencies without increasing the liquid height. Methods: The electric motor was used to drive the roller to squeeze the infusion bag through the screw rod, so that the infusion bag could produce the controllable external pressure, and the weight, bubble and drip rate monitor on the infusion instrument; sound and light alarm devices; Sensor input to the control system, in accordance with the set parameters to complete or alarm to stop infusion. Results: No need to suspend liquids, change existing infusion (blood) supplies and procedures, place the infusion set anywhere around the casualty and within the length of the infusion tube to create a safe, convenient, and comfortable fluid-free infusion Conditions; infusion speed controllable range of 50-1000mL / h; can monitor the infusion line air, drip rate, the remaining volume, according to the set, timely alarm or stop infusion automatically. Conclusion: Creating safe infusion conditions in special environments; saving manpower. AC and DC dual-use, small size, easy to carry.
