Human rights are one of the widely acknowledged value systems in the inteational community.The core of human rights lies in the life and dignity of human beings.On the one hand,criminal procedure law is related to life and freedom,which is the conce of everybody.On the other hand,it involves direct dialogue between national power and citizens rights.How to melt the innate tension between national power and citizens rights and protect the rights of every citizen is the direction in which the reform of Chinas criminal procedure law should head.Based on the inclusion of "respect and ensure human rights" in the criminal procedure law,this essay will ponder the theoretical and practical problems in our countrys criminal procedure.
