本文根据等级航道基础施工干扰大、封航手续审批难、大型船舶设备多等特点,结合跨越国家Ⅰ级航道的某特大桥主跨主墩承台施工,详细阐述了深水基础采用拉森SKSP-Ⅳ型钢板桩、整体钢围囹下沉法施做钢板桩围堰的施工方案及工艺方法。本方法既保证了深水基础施工的结构安全,也极大缩短了工期,解决了高等级航道干扰大、深水基础施工周期长、耗费材料多的难题,可为部分深水基础施工特别是高等级航道内的深水基础及承台墩身施工提供借鉴。
