目的：比较非普拉宗与萘普生止痛的疗效。方法：１０８例外科病人随机分为非普拉宗组５４例（男性３６例，女性１８例；年龄４７±ｓ１５ａ），剂量０．２ｇ，ｐｏ，ｂｉｄ；萘普生组５４例（男性３７例，女性１７例；年龄４６±１５ａ）．剂量０．２ｇ，ｐｏ，ｂｉｄ．均服１８ｄ。结果：非普拉宗组止痛总有效率８３％，萘普生组７４％（Ｐ＞０．０５）。不良反应发生率非普拉宗组７％，显著低于萘普生组的２４％，且反应轻微。结论：非普拉宗止痛效果近于萘普生，而不良反应明显较萘普生少而轻。
Objectives: To compare the efficacy of non-Pula and naproxen painkillers. Methods: A total of 108 surgical patients were randomly divided into non-praziquan group of 54 patients (36 males, 18 females; age 47 ± s15a) at a dosage of 0.2g po, bid; naproxen 54 patients (37 males , 17 females; age 46 ± 15a). Dose 0.2g, po, bid. Serve 18d. Results: The total effective rate of analgesic in non-Pulazan group was 83% and that in naproxen group was 74% (P> 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 7% in the non-pramipexole group, significantly lower than 24% in the naproxen group, and the response was mild. CONCLUSION: The analgesic effect of non-pulazan is similar to that of naproxen, and the adverse reaction is obviously less and less than that of naproxen.
