目的:狼疮平是以系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus eythematosus,SLE)为治疗目标的创新中药。本研究将评价其对小鼠免疫功能及对降植烷(pristane)所致实验性狼疮小鼠血清中SLE标志物抗双链DNA(double stranded DNA,dsDNA)抗体水平的影响,以期明确其免疫抑制作用,初步评估其对SLE的治疗价值。方法:狼疮平0.69、0.86、1.04g/kg灌胃给予受试动物,以DNFB所致小鼠迟发型超敏反应观察其对细胞免疫的影响,以鸡红细胞所致小鼠溶血素抗体生成试验观察其对体液免疫的影响,以炭粒廓清法观察其对非特异性免疫的影响,以二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀实验观察其抗炎作用;0.86g/kg灌胃给予降植烷所致实验性狼疮小鼠连续30d,ELISA检测血清中dsDNA抗体含量。结果:各剂量狼疮平均能不同程度抑制小鼠迟发型超敏反应、溶血素抗体生成和网状内皮系统吞噬功能,对抗二甲苯刺激所致炎症反应,并降低实验性狼疮小鼠血清抗dsDNA抗体水平。结论:狼疮平具有免疫抑制及抗炎作用,能减少SLE标志性产物抗dsDNA抗体生成。
OBJECTIVE: Lupus is an innovative traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of systemic lupus eythematosus (SLE). The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of immunization on the immunological function of mice and the level of double stranded DNA (dsDNA) antibody against SLE marker in the serum of experimental lupus mice induced by pristane, Inhibition, a preliminary assessment of its treatment of SLE value. Results: The average lupus of each dose could inhibit the mice delayed type hypersensitivity, hemolysin antibody production and reticuloendothelial system phagocytosis to some extent, against the inflammatory response induced by xylene and the anti-dsDNA antibody in experimental lupus mice Level. Conclusion: Lupus has immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory effects, and can reduce the production of anti-dsDNA antibody of SLE marker product.
