目的探讨辛伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病高脂血症的临床疗效。方法选择36例2型糖尿病高脂血症患者,给予辛伐他汀20 mg,每晚1次,疗程8周,治疗前后测定血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖、谷丙转氨酶和肌酸激酶,并观察治疗前后体质量指数、血压和心率的变化。结果治疗后患者的总胆固醇、三酰甘油和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇与治疗前相比有显著下降,其他指标治疗前后无明显变化。结论辛伐他汀是治疗2型糖尿病高脂血症安全有效的药物。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of simvastatin on type 2 diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods 36 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia were given simvastatin 20 mg once a night for 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein Cholesterol, fasting blood glucose, alanine aminotransferase and creatine kinase, and observed before and after treatment body mass index, blood pressure and heart rate changes. Results After treatment, the total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in patients with significant reduction compared with before treatment, no change in other indicators before and after treatment. Conclusion Simvastatin is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia.
