目的:探讨电子束CT血管造影(EBCTA)在诊断脑动静脉畸形中的价值与限度。材料与方法:选择17例不同部位、不同类型的脑动静脉畸形进行EBCTA和DSA对照研究,采用最大信号强度投影(MIP)和表面遮盖法(SSD)进行重建。结果:EBCTA能100%显示瘤巢,MIP法供血动脉显示率为93.9%,SSD法供血动脉显示率为87.8%,引流静脉两者显示率均为85.7%,对于颈外动脉供血和小型AVM的供血动脉以及引流至海绵窦和深组静脉的情况显示欠佳。结论:EBCTA是诊断脑动静脉畸形的有效手段,但在显示脑动静脉畸形的血流动力学特征方面具有一定限度。
Objective: To investigate the value and limitation of electron beam computed tomography (EBCTA) in the diagnosis of cerebral arteriovenous malformations. MATERIALS AND METHODS: EBCTA and DSA control studies were performed on 17 different sites and different types of cerebral arteriovenous malformations. MIP and SSD were used for reconstruction. Results: EBCTA showed neoplasia 100%, the rate of artery supply by MIP method was 93.9%, the rate of arterial blood supply by SSD method was 87.8%, and the rate of drainage veins was 85.7%. For external carotid artery blood supply and small AVM The feeding arteries, as well as drainage to the cavernous sinus and deep veins, showed poor performance. Conclusion: EBCTA is an effective method to diagnose cerebral arteriovenous malformations, but it has some limitations in displaying hemodynamic characteristics of cerebral arteriovenous malformations.
