我院小兒科病人很多,对患气喘病人缺乏較好的剂型,因以氨茶硷(Aminophylline)的片剂或粉剂發給病人,在工作上和用量上都觉不便,因而我們採用了如下的抗哮喘合剂处方。氨茶硷 1.0克鹽酸麻黄素 0.1克枸櫞酸鉀 8.3克單糖漿(加果汁) 50毫升水加至100毫升但按照本处方配成的合剂二三日后即有沉淀析出,放置日期愈久則沉淀愈多,不再溶解,对使用上很觉不便。这种针狀結晶为氨茶硷中的茶硷(Theophy-lline)。根据文献[註1]記載,氨茶硷为混合物,含有茶硷 75~82%,乙二胺(Ethylendiamine) 12.3~13.8%,虽易溶于水,但放置即呈混濁,易吸收空气中二氧化碳而析出茶硷。因之我們認为沉淀析出的原因
