一、津滨走廊——天津经济社会发展的主轴 按照国务院关于“天津市是环渤海地区的经济中心,要努力建设成为现代化港口城市和我国北方重要经济中心”的指示,新修编的天津市城市总体规划确定了以沿京津塘高速公路和海河至天津港方向为天津发展主轴(简称津滨走廊),自西而东重点建设武清县城、天津中心城区。海河下游工业区、塘沽城区的城市发展方针。实施这一方针,对于促进中心城区和滨海城区的经济互动,利用中心城区经济技术实力支持滨海新区开发;利用滨海地区区位、资源、政策优势,加速滨海地区发展,进而带动天津市域的全面发展,具有重要意义。
