为了节约钢材和减轻起重机的重量,大连起重机厂工人创议,在箱形起重机的腹板梁上 进行挖孔,可以达到上述目的。但挖孔后腹板梁的应力情况将发生什么变化呢?为了寻求这 个答案,本文根据该厂目前已采用的孔的形式之一──椭圆孔用光测应力方法进行了研究。 研究指出,不论载荷作用于跨度中央或支座附近,边孔孔周的应力集中现象均较为严 重,而且危险点几乎在同一位置上;其他各点应力集中现象不甚显著,在未削弱的截面上,实验结果所得的应力分布与理论计算一致。
