沼气渣是产生沼气后的副产物,一般都用作有机肥料。为了增加沼气渣的利用层次,提高其利用价值,我们进行了用沼气渣栽培双孢蘑菇的试验。结果表明:用40％的沼气渣代替牲畜粪栽培双孢蘑菇,可以取得与用畜粪堆制的常规栽培料相当的产量水平,不但提高了沼气渣的利用价值,又可缓解农村种菇期间畜粪不足的矛盾,为蘑菇生产开辟了廉价的原料。现将试验情况介绍于下:
