目的计算马铃薯与稻米、小麦、玉米三大主粮的营养当量折算比,为我国农业生产统计提供参考依据。方法采用食物营养当量计算方法,以100g为计算单位,以18岁及以上轻体力活动成年男子膳食营养素平均需要量为参考摄入量标准,分别计算马铃薯、稻米、小麦、玉米营养当量值,并将马铃薯与稻米、小麦、玉米按照营养当量进行折算比较。结果马铃薯与稻米、小麦、玉米营养当量折算比分别为1.7:1、3.3:1、2.5:1,马铃薯与三大主粮平均营养当量折算比为2.5:1。结论马铃薯与三大主粮按照2.5:1折算较原来5:1折算更能客观反映其整体营养价值。
Objective To calculate the conversion ratio of nutrition equivalence between potato and rice, wheat and corn as the reference for the statistics of agricultural production in our country. Methods Based on the calculation method of food nutrition equivalent, taking 100g as the calculating unit, taking the average dietary nutrient requirement of adults with light physical activity of 18 years and above as the reference intake standard, the nutritional equivalent values of potato, rice, wheat and corn were calculated respectively. And potato and rice, wheat, corn according to nutritional equivalent conversion comparison. Results The conversion ratios of potato and rice, wheat and corn were 1.7: 1, 3. 3: 1 and 2.5: 1, respectively. The conversion ratio of potato to three staple foods was 2.5: 1. Conclusion The conversion of potato and three staple foods according to 2.5: 1 can reflect the overall nutritional value more objectively than the original 5: 1 conversion.
