随着信息技术的高速发展,人们获取新资讯、新知识的途径不再仅仅依托于图书馆,公共图书馆的服务理念面临着严峻的挑战。这就要求公共图书馆馆员不仅要具备丰富的专业知识和技能,还要强化服务理念、提升学习能力。本文以广东省立中山图书馆为例,通过分析公共图书馆馆员队伍素质现状与知识结构基础,阐述公共图书馆开展继续教育的必要性、学习现状以及学习的途径,并提出图书馆继续教育扩展与深化的具体措施。
With the rapid development of information technology, the way for people to access new information and new knowledge no longer depends solely on the library. The service concept of public libraries faces severe challenges. This requires public library librarians should not only have rich professional knowledge and skills, but also strengthen the service concept, enhance learning ability.
