In allusion to the different sample value the different influences on forecast values, this paper putsforward a kind of discount weighting grey modeling method and establishes a kind of discount coefficient grey modelof GM (1, 1 ). It means much as respect to improve the validity and rationalics of forecast model in the course offorecast modeling.
