目的:探讨经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术的手术配合及护理。方法:总结积累经验方法,回顾性分析39例行经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术患者的护理配合方法和操作程序。结果:手术配合默契,手术效果满意,无1例因护理配合不当而影响手术进行。结论:只有做好充分的术前准备,加强患者心理护理,术中密切观察病情变化,熟悉手术原理和仪器的性能,密切配合手术,术后做好器械和仪器的养护工作,才能确保每1例手术的顺利完成。
Objective: To investigate the surgical cooperation and nursing of pituitary tumor resection by nasalis patellar approach. Methods: To summarize and accumulate experience and methods to retrospectively analyze the nursing cooperation and operation procedures of 39 patients who underwent resection of the pituitary adenoma by nasalis patellar approach. Results: Tacit cooperation with surgery, satisfactory results, no one due to improper care and surgery affect the operation. Conclusion: Only by doing adequate preoperative preparation, strengthening patient psychological care, closely observing the changes of the disease during surgery, being familiar with the operation principle and the performance of the instrument, closely cooperating with the operation and doing the instrument and instrument maintenance after the operation can ensure every 1 Cases of successful surgery.
