一些生物碱的强酸盐药物,如盐酸麻黄碱等,在水溶液中显示极弱的酸性(K_i≤10~(-7)),不能用标准碱溶液直接进行目视滴定,通常用非水滴定测定含量。但该法分析操作繁琐,在生产上控制分析不能迅速得到结果;而且有机溶剂价昂,污染环境,严重损害操作人员身体健康,不适宜作常规分析。本文报导了在水溶液中用线性作图法电位滴定盐酸麻黄碱。分析操作简单、快速,结果精确、可靠,与经典的非水滴定方法比较,相对误差小于±0.5%,并避免了有机溶剂污染环境。
