刘善学医师:最近我们收治了1例手术后并发败血症、中毒性休克和肾功能衰竭的病员。经我科全体同志与兄弟科室一起竭尽全力抢救,已转危为安,恢复健康。这样严重的并发症,我从医几十年来还是第一次碰到。今天结合临床病例讨论一下:为什么会发生这种罕见的并发症?在抢救中有什么经验教训?目的在于今后进一步提高医疗质量。现在先请经管医师介绍一下简单病史及治疗过程。
