我县某单位于1988年承建一幢五层30户砖混结构住宅楼,建筑面积1667m~2。厨房和阳台整体现浇。主体施工完毕后,发现26户厨房处的阳台板根部混凝土出现了严重裂缝。经过深入调查研究,作了认真处理。经两年观察使用,未发现异常现象。一、事故现场调查情况 (一)厨房开间2.4m,阳台悬臂板长1.2m,板厚100mm,配主筋φ12@150同厨房内现浇板整浇。
In 1988, a unit of my county undertook the construction of a five-story, 30-family brick-concrete structure residential building with a building area of 1667m~2. The kitchen and balcony are cast in place. After the construction of the main body was completed, it was found that there were serious cracks in the concrete of the balcony plate roots at 26 kitchens. After in-depth investigation and study, it was seriously dealt with. After two years of observation and use, no abnormalities were found. First, the scene of the accident investigation (a) kitchen open room 2.4m, balcony cantilever plate length 1.2m, plate thickness 100mm, with the main reinforcement φ12@150 with the kitchen cast in the whole cast.
