随着石油勘探开发的不断深入,石油钻井井身结构逐渐的复杂多样化。定向井是一种常用的井眼井型。钻头钻进过程中,随着钻头不断前进,会形成一段连续的井眼空间曲线,该曲线被称为井眼轨迹。井眼轨迹埋藏的地面之下,直接用肉眼无法看到的。现阶段为了能够得到定向井的井眼轨迹,通常利用测井仪器测得的钻井方位参数,利用数据处理的方法,得到二维的井眼轨迹。井眼轨迹的处理难度大,同时井眼轨迹的准确性也受到限制。只有直观、正确、有效的掌握井眼的轨迹,才能将得到的实际井眼轨迹和设计井眼轨迹相对比,进而指导后续的定向井钻进。文章通过调研分析,分析了定向井井眼轨迹的可视化方法。通过研究对于提高定向井井眼轨迹的精度,提高定向井钻井的质量和效率具有积极的意义。
With the deepening of oil exploration and development, the wellbore structure of oil drilling is gradually complicated and diversified. Directional wells are a common type of wellbore. During drill bit drilling, as the drill bit moves forward, a continuous borehole space curve will be formed, which is called well trajectory. Borehole trajectory buried under the ground, directly with the naked eye can not see. At this stage, in order to get the borehole trajectory of a directional well, two-dimensional borehole trajectories are usually obtained by using the data processing method by using the drilling azimuth measured by the logging instrument. Wellbore trajectory processing is difficult, while the accuracy of well trajectory is also limited. Only by directly, correctly and effectively controlling the trajectory of the wellbore can the actual trajectory of the wellbore be compared with that of the designed wellbore, and then guiding the subsequent directional well drilling. Through investigation and analysis, the article analyzes the visualization method of directional well bore trajectory. It has positive significance to improve the accuracy of directional wellbore trajectory and improve the quality and efficiency of directional well drilling.
