最近,学校组织教师到玛钢集团进行学习观摩。其独特的企业管理理念,值得我们学习借鉴。走进企业厂区,迎面醒目的广告语映入眼帘——“谁砸企业的饭碗,就先砸谁的饭碗!”让人不禁先提了几分小心。车间里几十米长的大口径钢管排列有序,十几米高的货堆码放的整整齐齐,流水线上的工人手脚不停地忙碌着,甚至没有时间抬起头来看我们一眼。从原材料车间到半成品加工再到产品包装,我们走马观花看了一遍。
