物质资本、人力资本和品牌资本是企业资本的三个组成部分。品牌资本就是一个品牌整合外部资源的能力方面的价值,单位是元。以动员更多的公众参与为基本途径,扩大品牌资本与其它形式资本(或资源)的结合,以及品牌资本产权在不同的所有者之间运动叫做品牌资本的社会化。中国企业创新能力不强,其根本原因,是民族品牌资本社会化的发展不足。本文首次在学术界提出了品牌资本价值的数学表达公式,讨论了品牌资本优势率与横向兼并的关系,剖析了我国必须大力发展民族品牌资本社会化的原因。在经济全球化条件下,中国应如何加速民族品牌资本的社会化?本文提出了一些具体的建议。
Physical capital, human capital and brand capital are three components of corporate capital. Brand capital is the value of a brand’s ability to integrate external resources. The unit is yuan. In order to mobilize more public participation as a basic approach, the expansion of the combination of brand capital and other forms of capital (or resources) and the movement of brand capital property rights among different owners is called the socialization of brand capital. The fundamental reason for the lack of innovation capability of Chinese enterprises is the insufficient development of the socialization of national brand capital. For the first time, this paper puts forward the formula of mathematical expression of brand capital in the academia, discusses the relationship between the advantage ratio of brand capital and horizontal merger, and analyzes the reasons why China must vigorously develop the socialization of national brand capital. Under the conditions of economic globalization, how should China accelerate the socialization of national brand capital? This article puts forward some concrete suggestions.
