贠成庭、男、40岁,因右眼外伤性白内障于1984年12月4日在我院行白内障摘除术。术中用2%利多卡因与0.75%布比卡因各1ml,行球后麻醉,注射后约半分钟,患者突感头晕恶心、胸闷气短,心慌心悸,继则神志不清。检查:面部及口唇紫绀,四肢抽搐,全身痉挛,烦燥不安,呼吸不规则,四肢末梢冰冷,瞳孔中度以上散大,对光反射消失;心率140次/分,音低钝,血压200/120mmHg。立即给予吸氧,25%葡萄糖60ml加地塞米松10mg静脉推注,可拉明
