为提高分布式电源的可靠性和效率,设计了储能系统用非隔离型双向DC-DC控制器,控制器根据电路中电压和电流参数能自动切换工作模式。根据控制器功率要求确定了主电路,从理论上计算了电路参数,通过仿真验证了电路参数的正确性并完善了其精度。以MSP430作为控制中心,采用闭环PID算法调节恒压恒流。将设计的控制器接入储能电路中,实验结果证明双向DC-DC控制器的可行性和高效率性。
In order to improve the reliability and efficiency of distributed power supply, a non-isolated bidirectional DC-DC controller for energy storage system is designed. The controller can automatically switch the operating mode according to the voltage and current parameters in the circuit. The main circuit is determined according to the power requirements of the controller, the circuit parameters are calculated theoretically, the correctness of the circuit parameters is verified through simulation, and the accuracy of the circuit parameters is improved. To MSP430 as a control center, closed-loop PID algorithm to regulate constant voltage and constant current. The design of the controller access to the energy storage circuit, the experimental results prove the feasibility and high efficiency of bidirectional DC-DC controller.
