一、网络时代管理的新特点 21世纪,是一个网络化的世纪。网络化将成为这个世纪的主趋势,网络化将无处不在、无时不在,对网络化机会的把握,将最终决定企业的命运,乃至个人的命运。王选教授曾深刻指出:“谁错过了互联网,谁将犯历史性错误。” 21世纪,又是一个变革化的吐纪。网络化改变了我们的生活方式,作为工具它使我们的生活更加舒适、方便、快捷了;网络化改变了企业的商业模式,作为一种新的商业理念,它给我们创造更多的利润机会;网络化改变了世界的发展方向,世界的变化周期将越来越短,变化的频率将越来越快。
