从中国(上海)自由贸易试验区到十八届三中全会的召开,刚刚过去的2个月里,一幅来自国家顶层设计的中国经济改革路线图徐徐展开。中国(上海)自由贸易试验区,虽然仅仅占据了上海浦东一块28.78平方公里的地域,但却被外界赋予了诸多非凡的意义:中国继1992年小平南巡讲话和浦东开发开放、2000年中国加入WTO后的又一次重大开放举措;我国推进改革和提高开放型经济水平的试验田;中国参与制定全球多边贸易投资规则的新平台;等等。
From the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone to the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, a road map of China’s economic reform from the top-level design of the country was slowly launched in the past two months. Though only occupying an area of 28.78 square kilometers in Pudong, Shanghai, the Pilot Free Trade Zone of China (Shanghai) has been given extraordinary significance by the outside world: Following the speech of Xiaoping South Tour in 1992 and Pudong Development and Opening up in China, China joined in 2000 Another significant opening up after WTO; a pilot field for promoting reform and raising the level of open economy in our country; a new platform for China to participate in formulating rules and regulations for global multilateral trade and investment; and so on.
