采用电荷模拟法对依照 Chang 造型设计的一种 T E A C O2激光器放电电极的三维电场分布进行计算分析,找到电极表面场强相对于设定均匀场强的最大偏差及其位置,为进一步获得均匀场电极的造型提供了依据。
A three-dimensional electric field distribution of a T E A C O2 laser discharge electrode designed according to the Chang design was calculated by charge simulation. The maximum deviation of the field strength of the electrode from the set uniform field strength and its position were found. To further obtain The uniform field electrode provides the basis for modeling.
