目前,高技能人才供不应求的现象在企业一线生产单位非常严重。笔者所在企业15万技能操作服务人员中,高级工以上人员(包括高级工、技师、高级技师)共计4.8万多人,约占31.5%,而技师、高级技师仅有5340人,仅占技能操作服务人员的3.3%。同时,高技能人才年龄结构不合理。企业技师、高级技师年龄偏高,46岁以上的占技师、高级技师总量的21.3%。从年龄结构上看,青年在高技能人才中所占比例较小,青年高技能人才严重匮乏。针对这种情况,很多企业出台了一系列措施来加强高技能人才队伍建设,笔者就此提出相关建议。
At present, there is a serious shortage of highly-skilled personnel in front-line production units in enterprises. Among the 150,000 skill operation service personnel in the author’s enterprise, a total of more than 48,000 senior workers (including senior workers, technicians and senior technicians) account for 31.5% of the total, while the number of technicians and senior technicians is only 5340, accounting only for skill operation 3.3% of service staff. At the same time, the age structure of highly skilled personnel is not reasonable. Enterprise technicians, senior technicians are over-aged, accounting for 21.3% of the total technicians and senior technicians over 46 years of age. In terms of age structure, young people account for a relatively small proportion of highly skilled personnel, and there is a serious shortage of highly skilled young people. In response to this situation, many companies introduced a series of measures to strengthen the construction of highly skilled personnel, the author made relevant recommendations.
