目的 :探讨与气道内Nd :YAG激光治疗有关的并发症及其防治。方法 :回顾分析我院 87例气道内阻塞患者 116次激光治疗情况 ,总结激光治疗的并发症及其治疗情况。结果 :主要并发症为一过性低氧血症 6 1例 ,大出血 3例 ,急性心功能不全及呼吸衰竭各 2例 ,术后呼吸困难加重 4例 ,心肌梗塞 1例 ,发热 4例 ,以上并发症经积极治疗后全部治愈 ;另外氧燃烧及死亡各 1例。结论 :气道内Nd :YAG激光治疗的并发症较少 ,并发症的发生主要与操作者的技术熟练程度 ,对并发症的认识及对气管 -支气管解剖结构的了解有关。充分认识其并发症及防治 ,操作时小心谨慎 ,可以减少或避免并发症的发生
Objective: To investigate the complications and prevention and treatment of Nd: YAG laser in the airway. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 87 cases of airway obstruction in our hospital 116 laser treatment, summarizes the complications of laser treatment and its treatment. Results: The main complications were transient hypoxemia 61 cases, 3 cases of hemorrhage, acute heart failure and respiratory failure in 2 cases, postoperative dyspnea increased in 4 cases, 1 case of myocardial infarction, fever in 4 cases, Complications were all cured after active treatment; another 1 case of oxycombustion and death. CONCLUSIONS: There are fewer complications of Nd: YAG laser treatment in the airways. The incidence of complications mainly depends on the proficiency of the operator, understanding of the complications and understanding of the tracheal-bronchial anatomy. Fully understand its complications and prevention, careful operation, can reduce or avoid the occurrence of complications
