介绍了乙烯裂解炉炉管催化结焦、自由基结焦和气相结焦的3种结焦机理以及近年来国内外结焦抑制技术的发展情况,并对如何改善裂解原料和炉管材料、优化裂解工艺和结构、使用结焦抑制剂以及表面涂层等技术进行了详细介绍。最后,对如何减少结焦情况和提高炉管使用寿命提出了相关建议,综合运用多种抑制结焦的措施能够有效地减少结焦量,如涂层技术与冶金技术相结合,涂层技术与优化裂解原料相结合等。这对于乙烯裂解炉管的现场生产操作具有一定的参考价值。
