普定水电站(7.5万 kW)为引水式,大坝为碾压混凝土重力拱坝,1996年竣工,总投资3.1904亿元,单位千瓦造价4254元。总体上看投资指标较好,主要原因是地质工作准确,工程设计无重大变更,为优秀设计项目,这是降低工程造价的基础;设计和施工技术科技含量高,是降低工程造价的有效手段;招标承包,加强管理是控制造价的关键;编概适度从紧,限制花钱,有利于节省投资。
Puding Hydropower Station (75,000 kW) is a water diversion type. The dam is a roller compacted concrete gravity arch dam completed in 1996 with a total investment of 3.1904 billion yuan and a cost of 4254 yuan per kilowatt. Generally speaking, the investment indicators are better because the geological work is accurate and no significant changes in engineering design are excellent design projects, which is the basis for reducing the construction cost. The high technology content of design and construction technology is an effective measure to reduce the construction cost. Tender contracting, strengthening management is the key to control the cost; programming moderately tight, limit spend money, help save investment.
