在已发表的关于推力轴承计算方法的著作里,润滑膜内的油温和轴承出口油温的概念,常常会被混淆起来。计算温度时,常常将轴承内油的最大受热数值(15℃左右)当作润滑油膜内容许升高的温度。在运行时,这个数值是根据流出和流入轴承内油的温度差来测量的。轴承的全部计算一般是在这种假设条件下进行的,即:润滑膜内油的粘度不变,其所相当的温度等于轴承进口和出口油温的平均数。这种假设的根据是按设计条件规定,当油通过轴承时,其粘度的变化不大。
In published works on the calculation of thrust bearings, the concepts of oil temperature in lubricating film and oil in bearing outlet are often confused. Calculation of temperature, often the maximum bearing oil heat value (15 ℃ or so) as the lubricating oil film allows the temperature to rise. At run time, this value is based on the temperature difference between the oil flowing in and out of the bearing. The full calculation of the bearing is usually carried out under the assumption that the viscosity of the oil in the lubricating film is constant and the equivalent temperature is equal to the average of the bearing inlet and outlet oil temperatures. This assumption is based on the design conditions, when the oil through the bearing, the viscosity changes little.
